How to Get More Sleep

Make sure that you're going to bed about 15 or 20 minutes, a little bit earlier than you typically do building in lots of time to relax and unwind before bed. If we are not getting enough sleep, unfortunately, it can come at times that are again not desirable. So resist sleeping in because what sleeping in does is it starts to give our brain input that we're trying to adjust to the time zone.
