Is There Any Place for Failure?
When it comes to failure, is there any place for it? If you can do it on the lower fatiguing exercises, maybe it's not as bad. I think the best time for failure, and ithink at the time when failure is almost needed, is vi, the progressive overload. And in some programms, going to actual failurs a goo idea. That's when the equipment come in handy.
