ADHDers are super focused on rewards, right? We cannot do anything that does not give us immediate gratification. Having a reward that's like a month away is way, way, way too far out. For example, if your goal is to get out of debt and your reward is going to be the financial freedom that comes with that you need to kind of live with that. Every day that you make good financial decisions, you should reward yourself.
