i think people get confused, and they get caught up in alites being alete because they're perfect orthey have the most efficient technique. And we see that even the best of the best need to refine their technique. So maybe if you start right back at the beginning, really, i'll be pretty quick through it. E's someone yourself who's worked with thebest of the best alete level lifters. I made a few instagram posts, kind of during the time of europeans, show casing the differences in technique between, say, the gold metalist and silver metalist.
