Best Exercises for the Hamstrings

If you want to build a hamstrings, make sure you go deep. Get a view of your gut, take a picture of what you look like at the bottom of a babble squat. If an exercise makes you feel better, it's money. The half kneeling kettlebell press seems to do wonders for my hips. And if I do light kettlebell presses before a walk, my legs feel better.
