I think the first thing is that you have to recognize its importance to the business. It's like if you build a great product and you sell a great product, the business will be successful. A lot else can go wrong in how you market or do finance or whatever. The whole thing will go. And so I knew as a developer how I can build agreat product, I had no appreciation for how to sold a great product. So learning it was a trial by fire.
