The Importance of Exercise for Cardiovascular Health

physical activity is very important for us, right? Depending on how old you are, muscle is also very important too. So we'll talk a little bit first about like cardiovascular side of health, and then we'll talk about the muscle side of activity. You don't want to sit still all day, because then you're not, your muscles are going to start to shrink. They'll atrophy as it's called. And so that at the least means 25 minutes a day of risk walking. But if you want to go above and beyond, then yes, you can extend that time frame significantly.
