Everything in moderation is a useful expression for healthy things. Moderation does not apply to things that are harmful to your body. A moderate amount of these things can be harmful in and of themselves, b they reawaken that desire for it. When i was a medical student and a early resident, i used to smoke cigarettes. It's easier to put a fence between you and that thing that wolt serve you.
