It's just the last four letters of yours instead of brain, it's rain and it is sort of a mindfulness exercise that allows you to start by recognizing what's happening right now. In other words, you don't believe that whatever emotion or thought you're experiencing right now is you - sometimes spun as nurturing. So I think there are a lot of practices that are practical skill sets that we can train ourselves in order to get to the other hemisphere.
