The Importance of Personal Growth for ADHDers
I find it sometimes you know in the personal growth industry like it can be it can't turn into another form of shaming sometimes. I spent years trying to figure myself out because I just couldn't like all the tools out there were not made for me and so like it only makes sense that someone with ADHD would have to create a tool for other ADHDers that might work. That's basically like a long story short or actually a long story long no I love that.
