Walt Disney said that whenever he would go into a meeting, and he would present some sort of creative direction to his advisors, which were lawyers, accountants, bean counters around the table. If all of them nodded their head in agreement said that is a great idea, he would scuttle it immediately. It made too much logical sense to people who are not naturally built to create things.
