Building a Game in the Middle of a Pandemic?
"I think that's the danger of game development. A lot of people are like, well, when it's done, and I can't wait 18 months," he says. "So I think we try to set the tone early, right out of the gate." The studio has a process shield with three pillars: mythical realism, classical fantasy, historical detail, and Norse mythology. And so any feature idea or whatever if it didn't lead to care through one of those pathways then it was immediately kind of like sidelined.
