How to Deal With Cravings and Appetite
I just don't think that's ever been a great strategy for my clients that need to lose significant body fat. Any sort of weight loss pill, appetite suppressant, metabolism, speeder up thing is all temporary because the person still has the trauma. So I'd rather teach somebody how to deal with feelings of cravings and appetite than use food to maybe distract themselves versus take away those feelings. You never learn those skills at some point, right? And if you can learn those skills and you can navigate the world of high, heavily processed foods and foods that are, you know, super readily available,. Those are important skills in order to maintain good health.
