interval training is going to be a very anaerobic about. And this is going to play in a big way to something known as the principal of speed reserve. So we've got our anaerobic pushing type two fibers, principal speed reserve and peak speed output. Not a lot of people have time to go for a long and slow several times per week. The fartlek is one of my favorite ones that anybody can do to learn their body but get a good idea in how prepared they are for competition.
