The Importance of Having a Postcard Style Training Philosophy
I think that kind of goes back to what you were saying in the beginning about not having like one, like a postcard style training philosophy. You want to have something that's malleable that can adapt to this wide range of situations because we see a need for such a wide range of interventions. So it makes a lot of sense to, I think, keep your options open, keep lots of tools in the toolbox. But I want to be mindful of your time a little bit. If they have a real limiting factor that's not necessarily physiological in nature, it's more just sort of a practical limitation that they're just loading incorrectly or whatever it might be.
