Training Basics for Injury Reduction
A lot of times it is some form of either improper training load or combination of the way you're training. The starting point really is proper training and training at a capacity where you're stressing yourself enough to make an improvement but not so much that you're welcoming these overuse injuries. So when it comes to training load, I'm always thinking about this as a kind of combination of volume and intensity. And then in part two, I have other training modalities which are a little bit more complex once you understand the basics.
