Can Bottom Up Bottom Up Accounting Work in a Restaurant?
A friend of mine told me a thing called bottom up bottom up accounting. He said you know as a company choose your profit margin pay yourself first and then figure out how to be able to do all the rest. Is could that bottom up accounting work in a restaurant? It can it can because you know your numbers your numbers are going to stay pretty close to the same period each period. But yeah you can do that but our cost jumps so quick that we couldn't.
