How Do You Prevent Injury?

I've injured myself definitely multiple times. So i get fearful of injury. And so when i i started, i really recognized at the beginning of last year, i really do need to do strengthta. But i've taken it very slow, like, i've built, i mean, probably thatsof ten to 12 raps - not super heavy but a lot heavier than I was 12 months ago. Maybe i could have pushed myself harder, but i suppose i'm trying to resist my own personality, o like to go hard.
