The Importance of Setting Back on the Boxes
When you set back, there's no pressure on the patella tenons. Many people that buy guys called to pick how you take a bar out. If you can't take that correctly, you'll never squat it correctly. Squat as wide as hell and they never have an injury because they build up the ligaments attendance but squatting wide. Same thing for football players. You're afraid to do something the first time you get wide, you're going to get hurt. Why don't my freaking girls have knee injuries?
