How to Lose a Streak

Not wanting to lose a streak can often be the difference between action or no. Once you lose it, you have to feel that pain. You have to go through it. And you can not tell me that having to experience that pain isn't going to make it harder for you to stay motivated next time around. That's the danger, in my opinion, of streaks. Ultimately, what you're doing when you track streaks is ignoring vie, the truth that you're going to miss one day and not preparing yourself for the pain and the lack of motivation that can come from that.
