What Really Matters for Your Training?
I think probably the easiest way to even describe it is kind of talk through my process of developing, you know what a program would look like for somebody. Before I understand it before I actually do like an assessment on somebody I have to know why the assessment matters. And that's going to be the training so their ability respective to task requirements is going to be what I'm training. For some people that might be more ankle system or more elasticity or a bigger aerobic base or just more global strength and the ability to produce force those things might all matter, none of them might matter, depending on who I'm working with.
