It's almost like it's a function of laziness to an extent to just say we're just going to do these things because I know that I can get some quick wins out of it. And so, you know, as an advisor, I would often have these early meetings with a founder and say, why don't you take 20, 30 minutes and walk me through what this company is all about? It was amazing how few product leaders, founders, et cetera could actually articulate it in that way. But at the end of the day, it's rooted in solving a customer problem.
