If you can run five K nonstop, you can probably do a 10 K already. I'm sure scientists might tell me off for saying that but I genuinely feel like from our experience it's the best way to go. Nana says she'll be looking at some beginner 10 K plans and looked at the last few weeks of them in order to see how far she has come since her first long run on an intermediate half marathon plan.
