When we're looking at standing up an emane function, there's a lot of processes. Is er any documentation that you create that really outlines the operating model? And think it even own the road, when you bring in somebody new and this is the first time working with the company,. how doyou get that person up to speed? I like to create documents or presentations that explain what a process looks like. Then you can just pull off the shelf and say, okat this is where we are. This is what we're doing now."
