I think it's a very promising time in exercise science because studies are only getting better. We're starting to get a deeper look into many topics that have been spoken about for a long time now. I'm running the only study to my knowledge really that is using a RIR-based approach to set termination as you would in your own training to reliably look at muscle hypertrophy. So, I'm looking forward to having a chat about the study that I'm currently conducting.
