I think nostalgia is one of the most beautiful parts about being human. But it also comes with its downsides for sure, especially when we're unable to get together with friends and family. And finally, loneliness during the holidays, why does it happen? Often because it's a time to reflect. It can make us feel pretty down and pretty unhappy. Especially when we imagine that this loneliness that we might be feeling will persist - which we know it won't.
