I was like, that'd be really funny if you was drinking a beer right now. Um, I was like, you some really healthy practices there. Why does it, why do I feel like a better kind or human after I've had 10 minutes of paying attention to my breath? Can you explain this at all? meditation connects us to our true nature. And so much of the thinking and doing that fills our days takes us away from that place. If we come home to ourselves, come back to that, that true center, then from there, I think what we build is going to be good.
