Alcibiades - The Man Who Does Great Deeds
Alcibiades is not the kind of man who leaves behind edifices of the mind, like a philosopher. He is the man who does great deeds,. such as by commandin troops leading the state and so on. Alcibiades immediately begins just waxing poetic about his unrequited infatuation with socrates. And when he finds out that all of the men there have been making speeches about love, he declares he will make such a speech also. But rather than praising aros, alcibiades says that he is going to make a speech praising socrates.
