What Are the Blue Blocking Light Bulbs?

Blue blocking light bulbs don't mess with the circadian rhythm. The less melatonin you produce, the poorer quality of your renmin deep sleep. If we have artificial regular LED light bulbs in our house, the melatonin production is also going to be impacted through the skin as well. There was an interesting study in 2002 that determined what zone of light interfered with Melatonin production.
