Is Bilateral Squat the Most Efficient Way to Produce Power?
I want the simplest exercise choice possible. I'm going to be doing probably a version of a bilateral squat whichever one they can do the most efficiently and like a tripartite lift at that point. As I get into trying to build capacity and tissues and being able to try a more eccentric, you know, component to that, then I can get into things that are a little more complex.
