The Relationship Between Knee Buckling to the Midline and Injury

There seems to be a strong relationship between that knee buckling to the mid line and injury. What we learn to do is test it with ever increasingdff culty. Many athletes who grade at double leg grade, at single leg grade at a straight forward hop, as soon as we had them hop in a different direction, their entire knee would buckle to the midline. And of course, running is a high speed nomic skill. It's not a slow motion activity.
