Grading Is Immoral

Most educational systems are using grades. Alfi stands that it's a long road ahead but he believes the revolution is worth it. He thinks your primary goal should be to help everyone to succeed. The more we tend to see life in adversarial terms, where i can succeed only if you fail - even the winners ultimately lose. Pursuing success on those terms can rob you of the joy you might experience your studies or career. And that means we need to find ways to return to our internal rewards.
