Researchers have modelled a neural activity at the single nuran level as a mixed positive and negative feedback signal. There is a sort of boundary between the world negative fiet back and positive fit back, where you go from one behavior to the other. And i think it's really a fundamental, anizing principles of neralsequits that no modulators can continually balance these two feet backs.
