I'm a big fan of throwing medicine balls. I mean, people like this daft, these idiotic, macho medicine ball workouts. But throwers throw. And when you're doing these things, what you're trying to do is get the volume in. You're trying to get the big movements in. If you can't lift enough, for example, you're just not strong enough. Or there's another issue, med ball training really is fast twitch work,. and you'll get a lot out of it.
