If you bring in this level of overconfidence, other people are gonna feel like they need to come to the table with confidence as well. It reminds me of that story in outliers where planes in certain countries kept crashing because no one would speak up due to power dynamics. And just imagine that same dynamic on teams. I think it's important for people also on your team to be able to come and say to you, hey, I normally know what I'm doing, but in this case, I don't and I'm looking for feedback or advice.
