The literature is pretty clear that for maximum muscle building effect, that it sort of tapers off after about one point six grams per kilo. But you think more protein than that could have other benefits beyond the muscle stimulating effects? You know, protein is a nutrient, very satiating, a hi thermic effect,. It doesn't turn into fat very easily. And there could be greater benefits.
