The Pros and Cons of the Processed Food World

Once you have met your basic nutritional requirements, there's really not much to be gained by following any special diet. I would say go easy on the processed meats. If you're guzzling soda or juice all day long, that's not good because you're just ingesting tons of calories and there's just whole there's a bunch of science that shows that you're you don't feel as well.
