Kat: I think what really stood out for me is your activation around the passions and actually how you bring that to life for your members. Do you want to tell our listeners about a few of the things you've done across the different markets? Yeah so I guess as a bit of a context Laura and I work in the European division so we come up with kind of the strategies and the frameworks that we can then work with the markets in Europe to activate. Depending on how the challenges and the market is like in each of those markets they will then activate them in their own kind of way, Kat says.
