It seems obvious to me that in if you practice a certain way, it could have a very avoidant flavor. Can we make a distinction between reaction to the present moment and the regulating thought of? We're training the mind to respond to that in a positive strategy rather than in a negative or a flip to strategy. So not so becoming aware of negative narratives that you use to regulate emotions and not using those. Right.
