How to Negotiate a Sales Compensation Plan?
In terms of negotiating, I've always negotiated based off of what I have previously made. The other thing too is equity, you know, even those salespeople value equity at different levels. Sometimes I have given two offers, one that's higher in equity and one that's lower in equity. And so you can use that as a leverage point as well.
