I think psychologically, I've had people where, you know, they've come back and they said, like I increased load, but I can only do 11 reps. And so being able to give the athlete ... by increasing those rep ranges a little bit, I think is helpful too. So if the 20% increase in load, you're asking yourself to do. Thank you.
