The Importance of Niche Focus

2012 was the year I decided to, to get sober. It allowed me to focus on actually doing what we are hired to do. So from being a sales person to being a consultant and actually digging in and loving the employee benefits world. That's what it really did for me was create a mindset shift more than a, you know, help me stream up market because my client base really didn't change a lot.
