Don't Miss Training Sessions as a Novice
You only get to be a novice once. And so it's best if you can orient your life around training three days a week for several months at a time. If you keep taking lay offs, rogressing and then trying to ramp back up, you'll find that you'll be running in place. I've never come back from a layoff and been glad that i wasn't at least doing something in that period of time.
