When I remember when jujitsu first busted onto the scene, everyone said that jujitsu looked stupid and weird. And you know what? After some time it was proven to work. That's just part of the evolution. If you're doing something that is different and new, there will always be people who say it looks weird or silly because it's outside of their comfort zone. So my idea is everywhere is it attacking is defending. It's like boxing arms up and Philly stands a little bit,. By the way, hocking is actually like a Philly stand boxing defense, you know, Philly shit.
