Is BFR Causing Pain in a Hip Replacement?
Holly Bloomberg says using BFR on and off for a couple years, but consistently before a total hip replacement. There needs to be a distinction between the sort of metabolic burn in the muscle that we're getting versus the pain within the joint That's a sharp pain. The joints have this thing called synovial fluid which needs to kind of be reinvigorated to make to loop up the joint again.
