Is Porto Pulmonary Hyper Tension a Complication of H I B?

Pulmonary arterial hyper tension is the potential complication h i v, and it's uncommon. It has a prevalence of a round point four, six% compared to around ten to 15 cases per million adults. In patients with serosis who are undergoing an evaluation for liver transplant and are found to have porto pulmonary hyper sion, slightly less than half have resolution with liver transplant. Slightly over half continue to require pulmonary baso dilators post transplant.
