The Importance of Finding the Right People
We've got 2,500 trucks across North America and it's one of those things where we've expanded throughout Canada the United States Australia. In 1994 or five years into the business I fired my entire company of 11 people because I didn't have the right people. So too many businesses get it wrong they put everything in place for the customer or for profits and they don't really think of their people how do you take care of your people so that they're showing up with a smile each and every day? That's something I think we've really gotten right.
