We had a question from adam bhyy. Adam, he's been around, it seems a long time. Previously i'd done cattle bell and bodyweight training. After listening to your show, i became interested in learning the olympiglos. I came across two articles you have written containing olympic lifting programmes. One is a beginner's programme, and the other is a two day week programme. Currently, i train twice a week for an hour or a little more. If i was to do an hour of just the olympian lifting, man, i don't know if i could lift three days per week because i get so tired. Im. Just trying not say
