A detox is not going to do great things for your health if you aren't consistent in taking great care of yourself. I think that things like detoxes and fasting fall into that intensity category that should only be turned to after consistency. If you're hungry, eat. Listen to your body. Hunger's not a problem. Hunger doesn't mean you're in danger. And there's a lot of value to getting comfortable feeling hungry.
