How to Reduce Self Induced Pain

Eating never made me feel less tired, especially when i wasn't hungry. When you're starting to feel tired or like you need a break, actually take a break. Find other ways to relax. Because most times we aren't really hungry. We just need some way to release. And this is a way we can't have been taught to release. It's felt like a manny feast. I don't hate myself, cause i think it's kind of healthy,. therefore i don't have this constant cycle of starving, hating myself, starving, hating herself. How do we get over this?
